We currently do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of our products and the time required for production. If you are unsatisfied, or have any concerns about any of BB Boutique and Co.'s policies or products, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsatisfied, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your product. We can offer you a store credit or exchange.
Please note, we package and ship our products to ensure safe delivery, however, things can happen once the package leaves our facility. If you receive your item damaged, please Contact Us with your order number, a picture of the damaged product and packaging, and details about the damaged product .
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All orders are processed between 24-48 hours pending the products are available and in stock. Once the order has shipped, products usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location, method of shipment chosen, and product availability. We will keep you up to date if this takes longer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
