We currently ship within the United States and are working to expand our services to other countries in the future.
Delivery Time Formula:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
All products go through a production process before shipping, contributing to the handling time.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 07:00 pm (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Change of Address:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@bbboutiqueandcompany.com or call us at (888) 533-8506 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
