My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t seen your package, we recommend the following steps:

Double-check your surroundings. Sometimes packages are left in secure locations like porches, mailrooms, or with neighbors.
Allow 24–48 hours. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered just ahead of actual arrival.
Ask your household or building staff. Someone may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

What happens if I still can’t locate my package?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of a “delivered” status, please reach out to us at info@bbboutiqueandcompany.com with your order number and full shipping address.

While BB Boutique & Co. is not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we’ll review each situation with care. In select cases, we may offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Can you resend my order or issue a refund?

Because each order is handcrafted in small batches and tracking shows a successful delivery, we’re unable to offer refunds or reshipments for lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to select a secure delivery location at checkout whenever possible.

How can I avoid this in the future?

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience:

Use a secure, attended address when possible.
Opt into delivery notifications from the carrier.
