Processing & Handling

Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

All products undergo a meticulous quality control process before shipping, which contributes to the handling time.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.

  • Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days once shipped.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be subject to additional charges.

International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • Select regions in South America

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing. Duties and taxes may be collected by local customs authorities.

 We are actively working to expand our international shipping capabilities and will provide updates as new regions become available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update. You can monitor progress through the carrier’s website or via our Track Your Order page.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@bbboutiqueandcompany.com or (888) 533-8506 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, inclement weather, or courier delays.

Once a package has shipped, delivery status and timing are outside of our control. BB Boutique & Co. cannot replace packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
