Processing & Handling
Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
All products undergo a meticulous quality control process before shipping, which contributes to the handling time.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update. You can monitor progress through the carrier’s website or via our Track Your Order page.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@bbboutiqueandcompany.com or (888) 533-8506 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
