Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing BB Boutique & Co., where timeless luxury meets sustainable beauty. We take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and care that go into each of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to provide a clear and fair resolution.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, sellable condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is defective. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or gift card within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.


How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be submitted through our Return Center, powered by Return Prime. To begin your return:

  1. Visit our Return & Exchange Portal

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return request

Please note:

  • There is no restocking fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including labels and postage), unless the product is damaged or defective

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm receipt via email and inform you of the return status:

  • If approved: Store credit or gift card will be issued within 72 hours.

  • If the item is found to be defective: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@bbboutiqueandcompany.com with a description and photos. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Complimentary or promotional items


Stolen or Missing Packages

BB Boutique & Co. is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or other secure locations

  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of early scan by the carrier

  • File a missing package claim with the shipping carrier

As a one-time courtesy, BB Boutique & Co. may issue store credit equivalent to the product value while a claim is being processed. Additional stolen or missing packages are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit beyond this initial courtesy.


Promotional & Complimentary Items

Items received as part of a promotion, loyalty reward, or gift (including free samples or giveaways) are not eligible for return or replacement. If a promotional item is lost in transit, BB Boutique & Co. may offer a store credit equal to 50% of the item's value, at our discretion. This credit is not redeemable for cash and is intended solely for use toward future purchases.
