These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BB Boutique & Co. website located at www.bbboutiqueandcompany.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. "BB Boutique & Co.," "we," "us," and "our" refer to BB Boutique & Co. and its principals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site immediately.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to present our products accurately, including imagery, scent descriptions, and specifications. However, digital representations of color, texture, and fragrance character are inherently approximate. Minor variations between photographs and the received product do not constitute grounds for return or refund under our Returns Policy.

BB Boutique & Co. reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or reformulate any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing error or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Important: Our candles and applicable fragrance products require a mandatory 14-day maturation (curing) period following production. From order placement to delivery, please allow up to 21 calendar days (14 days maturation + 5–7 business days shipping). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. 5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We use PCI-compliant payment processing — BB Boutique & Co. does not store your full payment card details.

Fraudulent or disputed payment may result in order cancellation and referral to appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the BB Boutique & Co. name and logo, product names (Manifestation, Unapologetic, Elegance), photography, copy, design elements, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of BB Boutique & Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence).

9. Candle Safety Disclaimer

BB Boutique & Co. candles are luxury products intended for use by responsible adults. By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that you have read and will follow all candle care and safety instructions included with your product. BB Boutique & Co. is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, including but not limited to unattended burning, improper surfaces, or failure to trim the wick.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BB Boutique & Co., its officers, principals, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

BB Boutique & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
