Preparation
Place your petite candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Keep it away from drafts, open windows, and flammable materials.
The First Burn
During the first burn, allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel. This usually takes 1 to 2 hours and helps prevent tunneling for the remaining life of the candle.
Maintenance
Each petite wick is pre-trimmed for first use. For subsequent lighting, maintain a 1/4 inch wick height. We recommend burning each petite candle for a maximum of 3 hours at a time to preserve the integrity of the smaller vessel.
Final Note
Stop using once 1/4 inch of wax remains or the metal wick sustainer becomes visible.
